Our Inspired Youth Islamic Studies Programme aims to instil an Islamic identity among the students by not only training them in the traditional Islamic topics but also enabling them to deal with modern contemporary issues that may challenge their faith. The course has been remodelled to be delivered within 1 year.

When does the course start?

The course commences on the 2nd of September 2024 and will finish before GCSE and A Level exams.

There will be a break during Ramadhan. A full term breakdown is provided in the brochure which can be downloaded using the link above.

Who is this course suitable for?

This course has been tailored for Madrasah/Maktab leavers, aged between 14 - 17 years old, for both girls and boys, who have studied their foundation of Islam and are able to read the Qur’an. 

Will boys and girls be taught separately? 

Yes there will be separate classes. Boys will be taught by Male Ustadh’s and Girls will be taught by Female Ustadha’s.

Timings

Boys classes will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays and Girls classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Classes will run from

6:30pm till 8.30pm. This will be a breakdown of 2 topics being delivered each day. Each lesson will be for 50 minutes, with a 20-minute break in between.  

What are the topics being taught?

We will be teaching 4 topics across both teaching days, 2 topics a day.

Fiqh (Worship & Rituals) 

Reaffirming Faith (Aqidah & Contemporary Issues) 

What are the course Fees?

The course Fee is £275 per child.

Can the fees be paid in instalments? 

To cover full cost, the tuition fee would have been much higher. The EIC has heavily subsidised the cost to make it affordable. The course requires that the fee is paid in full before the course commences. Paying in full also means that the students will be fully committed.

Will there be an exam to track my child’s progress? 

We will track progress of your child’s learning through end of term assessments, and at the end of the year there will be an exam for each topic.
